Potato Samosa
INGREDIENTS:
Samosa Strips 200 nos.
Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg
Knorr Marinade Mix 15 grams
Knorr Chicken Powder 20 grams
Coriander Seeds (crushed) 20 grams
Green Chilli
25 grams
Fresh Coriander 25 grams
Red Chili Powder
25 grams
Salt TO taste
Fresh Coriander 25 grams
METHOD:
1. Take a
big mixing bowl
and put boiled potatoes, add Knorr Marinade Mix, coriander seeds, red
chilli
powder,
Knorr Chicken Powder,
salt, green chilli
and fresh coriander. Mix well.
2. Then take samosa
strip and put a small portion of the mixture. Fold the samosa strips with the
help of paste
(flour
& water).
3. Then heat the oil or Ghee
and fry
till golden
brown.
